The material and quality for the ice pack was far above expectations. As an avid golfer, I have cycled through many reusable ice packs and so far, this gel pack has been unmatched. The felt side of the pack allows for the perfect temperature and the flexibility of the product allows for versatile use. Highly recommend this pack.
These are my & my mother's new favorite hot & cold packs! They 'freeze' without becoming stiff and hold the cold in for a good long time; likewise, they hold in the heat from being microwaved really well. The velvety side is soothing and means that we don't have to fuss with trying to wrap the packs in hand towels to protect our skin or avoid drips when using them in cold mode.
Using this product on consistent basis after being glued to the screen for 8 hours a day is so awesome! I used to get kinks in my neck at least once a week....not any more! Highly recommended.
